전위차라고도 하는 전압은 전기 회로의 두 지점 사이의 전기 에너지 차이를 측정한 것입니다.

전압은 볼트(V)로 표시되며 회로를 통해 전하의 흐름을 유도하는 전기력입니다.

전기 회로에서 전압은 전하를 한 지점에서 다른 지점으로 밀어내는 전기적 압력으로 생각할 수 있습니다.

두 지점 사이의 전압차가 클수록 전기력이 커지고 전하의 흐름이 빨라집니다.

전압은 회로를 통해 전송할 수 있는 전기 에너지의 양, 부하에 공급할 수 있는 전력의 양 및 회로가 허용할 수 있는 최대 전류를 결정하므로 전기 시스템의 설계 및 작동에서 중요한 매개변수입니다.

전압은 배터리, 발전기 및 전원 공급 장치를 비롯한 다양한 소스에서 생성될 수 있습니다.

전력 분배 시스템의 필수 구성 요소이며 발전소에서 가정 및 기업으로 전기 에너지를 전송하는 데 사용됩니다.
